When it comes to bills there’s one thing we all have in common; We have little desire to think about them, let alone pay them. So, for bill payment platform deferit, our biggest challenge was to make a memorable brand in a category most try to forget. To do this we needed to position deferit as a brand worth remembering because they help put people back in control of their bills.
We developed a creative platform that got people thinking: What if there was someone else motivated enough to help look after bills? No Interest? No late fees? And most importantly, no effort? The answer to those questions was another question: Got a bill? deferit.
The launch platform played with cliché motivational lines to show that deferit was a brand experienced enough to look after peoples bills but not tedious enough to be ignored.
